AIChieve // Enterprise Command Center
Model the spend before you approve it.
Deterministic engines and buyer-side audits for the people who approve AI compute, agentic workflows and supply-chain spend. Every model runs in your browser on your own numbers — nothing is estimated on your behalf.

Mission
Put a number on the risk before you sign
AIChieve exists so enterprise leaders can put a number on a systemic risk before they sign for it: what a GPU estate actually costs to own, what a vendor’s automation business case looks like when it is re-run on your loaded costs, and which line on an AI or carrier invoice has no basis.
The property was split out of giniloh.com in 2026 because the audience is not the same. A reader here is spending a company’s money under an approval chain, an audit trail and a vendor contract; a reader on giniloh.com is spending their own. Mixing the two produced tools that were too soft for architects and too heavy for individuals, so the enterprise half moved here and kept the engine.
Audience
Who this is built for
The Enterprise IT Architect
Deciding whether a workload belongs on an owned GPU estate or a rental contract, and what the break-even utilization actually is.
The AI Strategist
Governing agentic workflows that fail in shapes the happy-path tests never cover — retry storms, stale grants, tiered state, timeout budgets.
The Supply Chain Manager
Auditing money that moves by rule rather than by price: DIM-weight and fuel surcharges, demurrage clocks, duty refunds, carrying-cost rates.
Detail
How it works
What AIChieve covers
AI stack and tool TCO, agentic workflow operations, compute infrastructure (owned versus leased), supply chain and freight cost control, business automation and warehouse CAPEX, and the buyer-side auditing of vendor business cases.
How the engines work
Every model on this site is deterministic and runs entirely in the browser. Inputs are yours; nothing is uploaded, and no result is generated by a model that could be wrong in an unaccountable way. The engines produce a verdict and the arithmetic behind it, so the number can be defended in a review.
Where the paid tools fit
The engines here are free and stay free. When a decision needs work that only runs on a real file — a carrier invoice, a vendor quote, an AI provider bill, a Stripe payout export — the matching paid app is named on the page that raises the question.
The other property
AIChieve and Gini Loh were one site until 2026. The split exists because the audience, the approval chain and the money are different — enterprise budget here, personal money there. Both read the same CMS and share an author.
